NSU-COM students are highly competitive in American Osteopathic Association (AOA), Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME), and military residency programs. COMLEX Level 3 Board Scores

All NSU-COM students are required to take and pass the Comprehensive Osteopathic Medical Licensing Examination (COMLEX) Levels 1, 2CE, and 2PE before graduation. After graduation and during residency training, NSU-COM students continuing their education are required to take and pass the COMLEX Level 3 exam. The table below shows NSU-COM's first-time pass rate for COMLEX Level 3.
