A student cannot add a course after the first week of class. A student who drops a course during the first week of class will receive a 75 percent tuition refund. A student who drops a course after the first week of class will receive no refund. A student who switches from one course to another within the same degree program during the first week of class will not incur additional tuition charges as a result of the course change.
Once there are only three weeks left in a course, no withdrawals will be allowed and the student will receive an earned grade at the end of the course.
