State Residency
The NSU Health Professions Division evaluates completed state residency applications from residents of the State of Florida. For tuition purposes, all incoming students will be classified as out-of-state residents until their state residency application has been evaluated. Students not completing their residency application before the start of the academic year will not be eligible for in-state tuition. For initial determination of residency for tuition purposes, you can submit the NSU HPD State Residency Application to the College of Osteopathic Medicine Student and Administrative Services Office. Upon matriculation, you are not eligible for reclassification of state residency and for tuition purposes, will be assessed out-of-state tuition for all subsequent terms of attendance.
