Residency Application Information

Letters of Recommendation

ERAs Programs

Letters must be sent directly from the letter writer to the Office of Student and Administrative Services. No letters of recommendation will be accepted from students under any circumstances.

It is the responsibility of the student to track their letters of recommendation by accessing  the Applicant Document Tracking System (ADTS) through ERAS to check on the status of your application.
Once letters of recommendation have been received at the Office for Student Services, they will be used for ERAS purposes ONLY. Letters will not be photocopied or sent to NON-ERAS participating programs.

Any supplemental information required by individual programs (i.e. CV's undergraduate transcripts, etc) are the responsibility of the student. There is no way to include this information into the system. These materials must be mailed by the student to those programs requesting such information.
