Residency Application Information
Non Participating Programs in ERAS
If you are applying to a residency that is not participating in ERAS, please review the following procedures:
For those students applying to Specialties and/or Programs that are not participating in ERAS, the student will need to apply using the specific application supplied by the program(s).
Complete the application and mail it directly to the program along with any other required supplemental information. Have your Letter of Recommendation writers mail their letters directly to your programs. DO NOT SEND LETTERS OF RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE OFFICE FOR STUDENT AND ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES FOR THESE PROGRAMS. To assist in the process, please give an addressed envelope for each program that the recommender is to send the letter.
It is the responsibility of the student to provide the programs with any supplemental information required by the individual programs (i.e. CV’s, undergraduate transcripts, board scores, etc.).
DO Match: Osteopathic Medicine programs participate in the National Matching Services, Inc. Information can be viewed on their web site or contacted at (416)977-3431.
Transcripts: Official transcripts must be ordered directly from the Office of the Registrar, http://www.nova.edu/cwis/registrar/services.html#transcript.
MSPE (Dean’s Letters): You must supply the Office of Student and Administrative Services with pre-addressed mailing labels for the non-participating ERAS programs that the MSPE needs to be mailed. It is the responsibility of the student as to the accuracy of the addresses
