Family Practice physicians for their walk-in/clinic for either Full-time, Part-Time or Locums in the Tampa/Clearwater area.

The hours of operation are 8-4:30, M-F. There are 7 exam rooms, and it is staffed by two physicians, 4-5 residents, a RN and LPN. On an average the clinic sees approx. 40 patients per day with the winters being the heaviest.

Most patients are treated with upper respiratory, strep, etc. With this being the closest clinic from the beach, they do see some stingray bites, and minor lacerations. The clinic sees patients from the age 3+on up. Call options: First, the first call is taken by the residents, then the physician that is on call in the clinic, E/R call is shared with all FP's in the hospital which averages once every 3 months. With taking call, this gives you the opportunity to bill additional income. Second option is strictly outpatient only.
